Our long materials racks are a reliable warehousing element intended for storing long items.
Due to the functionality of cantilever racks, they are also referred to as long materials racks or long items racks. The structure of this solution is based on load-bearing posts, which support horizontal arms – cantilevers. The technology used in the production of the cantilever rack allows to suspend the arms on both sides of the posts. The cantilever rack is anchored to the floor through frame feet by means of expander bolts. Our cantilever racks constitute the basic element of warehousing systems, most of all intended for storing long and bulky goods.
The load-bearing posts and the arms are made of cold rolled steel or metallurgical profiles and the entire structure of cantilever racks for long items guarantees their excellent stability. Long items (cantilever) racks, sometimes also referred to as arm racks or self-supporting racks, constitute an excellent solution for storing long goods.

Our cantilever racks are a practical solution which enables to plan the warehouse floor well. Their structure is based on load-bearing posts and horizonal arms suspended on them, referred to as cantilevers.
Thanks to the special technology applied, the cantilevers can be positioned on any side of the posts, which significantly increases storage capacity. We select appropriate long items cantilever racks so as to provide our customers with satisfying solutions.

Long items are all goods with non-standard dimensions. They are usually products longer than 200 cm. Such products are very difficult to store. We can resolve the problem of long items storage by using well-tested systems.
We also offer the assembly of storage racks (including cantilever pallet racks, cantilever hitch storage racks) and other systems (e.g. hitch systems) and stillages.
Depending on the intended use, there are two types of anticorrosive cantilever racks:
• internal – powder coated (RAL colour)• external – hot dip galvanised
Cantilever racks can have two types of the cantilever fixing system:
• bolted cantilever racks• suspended cantilever racks – the cantilever is suspended on a hook forged to the rack post.
• our suspension system is compatible with racks offered by Ohra.
Depending on the production cost, we offer cantilever racks made of the following types of profiles:

Heavy cantilever racks
Heavy cantilever racks, also referred to as long items racks, are a perfect solution for storing long goods which require open storage space, unlimited by rack posts.
This system is ideal for bulky products of unwieldy dimensions or shapes. It enables to store them safely and to have hassle-free access to them. Long items racks allow for a more effective use of storage space – it is not wasted as horizontally positioned goods can be stacked, whereas individual packages or even products can be accessed at all times.
Cantilever racks for long items are intended for storing long products, including furniture, construction materials, pipes, profiles, wooden slats, and floor panels. Whenever there is a need to store long items in irregular shapes, cantilever racks are the best solution.
Cantilever racks consist of vertical columns – load-bearing posts, to which horizontal arms are installed, optionally with extension limiters installed at their ends as a means of protecting products from rolling down. Products are stacked on the arms horizontally. All handling operations are carried out by means of 4-directional forklifts, lateral forklifts, overhead cranes with traverses, or stacker cranes.
The warehousing system provided by cantilever racks is tailored to customers’ needs. Goods can be stored in one- or two-sided racks. It is a universal system – by using different components we can easily adapt to different situations and requirements. The arms can be easily positioned at different heights.

Our standard warehousing racks are delivered in blue, with other colours available on request. In the case of external applications, rack elements are covered with exterior paint or hot dip galvanised for better protection against corrosion. When arranging the warehouse space, we position a one-sided cantilever rack by the wall or by the boundary of the warehouse and two-sided cantilever racks in subsequent rows.

All our racks are designed to meet specific needs of our customers; hence the height of the posts can be from 4 to 10 m and the load capacity of the post itself is customised.
The load capacity of one arm can reach even 2000 kg, and load capacity of the post – 20,000 kg.
As the manufacturer, we are able to offer racks with any number of posts, of any length, with an option to add subsequent posts (each of them is movable).
Our solutions are tailor-made; hence we offer them in any colour of your choice, with appropriately selected surface protection (available option: hot dip galvanising).
