Storage racks

Logi-Max stillages and racks are solutions which provide excellent support for the functioning of any warehouse. We offer a vast array of logistic concepts and designs, which can be adapted to any specific conditions. Depending on the choice of the most adequate solution to individual needs of our customers, we can deliver the following products:

• Storage racks – durable, safe, coherent warehousing systems by Logi-Max guarantee better functioning of your business. Our offer comprises several basic types of racks, which will allow to implement a new standard of storing materials in any space. The subcategories of storage racks include cantilever racks, modular racks, cassette racks, heavy pallet racks, and steel coil racks.
• Cantilever racks – the most basic warehousing system, which allows to store long items. The cantilever rack significantly improves the quality and transparency of warehouse operation.
• Modular racks – intended for storing sheet metal and similar materials. Depending on our customer’s needs, we can provide subsequent durable modules, adjusted to the needs of any warehouse.
• Cassette racks – intended for storing sheet metal in sizes 1000 x 2000 mm, 1250 x 2500 mm, and 1500 x 3000 mm. It is a modular structure, which guarantees safe access to any part. The permissible load of one drawer is 1500 kg, and of the entire module – 9 tons.
• Pallet racks – our pallet rack is a perfect solution for storing very diversified goods in terms of sizes. Each rack will do its job thanks to a customised design appropriate for a specific warehouse and specific requirements.
• Heavy pallet racks – they allow to store compact mass loads. They are structures made of hot rolled IPE, HEB, HEA profiles. Heavy pallet racks are intended for storing very heavy loads – one shelf can hold 24 tons.
• Steel coil racks – intended for storing heavy and bulky loads. These racks are incredibly durable and stable. They enable to store the coils vertically as well as horizontally. They provide easy access to each product. The maximum load on the shelf is 24 tons.
• Shelf racks – specialised storage racks which stand out due to their robust structure and great adaptability to the storage space.
• Mezzanine floors – elements of warehousing systems in the form of warehousing platforms. They are made of C profiles. It is a solution which can increase storage space.
